Visiting from the US for a wedding and came to DTR needing to find multiple outfits. The staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive in selecting garments for each ceremony, and they were even able to make quick turnaround alterations to be sure the fit was spot on! Had a wonderful experience and highly recommend their services!

Super helpful customer service and beautiful options to choose from. They were able to help us (both male and female) adjust the garments to fit within a tight time window of just a couple days. Marvelous and would recommend to anyone visiting from abroad for a formal event in Pune.

This has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. The lehenga we tried and approved in Pune was completely different from what was handed over to us in Lucknow. The fitting, the alterations — everything was changed without informing us. For a store claiming to be “premium,” this is absolutely unacceptable.

What made the situation even worse was their unprofessional and careless attitude on the phone. Instead of accepting their mistake, they gave excuses and had the audacity to suggest making alterations on the day of the function itself. Who does that? It clearly shows their poor planning, zero accountability, and lack of respect for customers’ time and events.

If you’re renting for an important occasion, especially something with fixed timelines, do NOT rely on Date The Ramp. They are unreliable, disorganized, and their coordination between branches is a mess. Save yourself the stress — there are far better and more professional options out there.

Worst ….Worst…..Worst
The manager and his behavior was rude, arrogant, and dismissive. Still wondering how someone with such a poor attitude reached a management position. treats customers with zero respect. Management needs a serious reality check.
